Majorelle Tangeri
Majorelle is a complex of three towers located in a modern, peaceful residential district of Tangier, well connected to the city centre and close to essential services and green spaces. The project brings Italian luxury to Morocco, where aesthetics, functionality and well-being coexist in perfect harmony.
Each tower rises across eighteen floors and combines multiple functions: retail spaces on the ground floor, hospitality facilities on the lower levels, and residential units on the upper floors. The development comprises a total of 225 residences, including studios and one-bedroom apartments.
Natural materials, abundant light and warm, earthy tones evoke the Mediterranean landscape and local culture. Through a constant dialogue between architecture and nature, Majorelle transforms the living space into a place of harmony, elegance and well-being.
