“Solidity and trust; personal relationships; connection with the surrounding territory; modernity and innovation; versatile space; openness; elegance and sobriety”. These were the starting points that Studio Rotella took into account to develop a network of ideas, hallmarks and surfaces. Starting from the existing structure, the inner space was broken down into ‘prime factors’ and then re-assembled into a modular area that becomes an “Emblem”, a Leitmotiv running through the whole building and contaminating spaces.
