NH Palermo
The redevelopment project of NH Palermo, designed by architect Fabio Rotella, stems from the intersection of contemporary design and Mediterranean identity, with the aim of enhancing the hotel’s spaces and redefining the way they are experienced. The intervention focuses on three strategic areas: the Pool Area, Garden Restaurant and Rooftop, reinterpreted through an architectural language defined by light forms, refined materials and a sensitive relationship with the surrounding context. The pool area features new lounge spaces sheltered by a canopy with fluid geometries. The Garden Restaurant extends seamlessly into the surrounding greenery, creating an inviting setting for dining and social gatherings. The Rooftop is transformed into a panoramic terrace, featuring pergolas and relaxation areas overlooking the Palermo landscape. The result is a design proposal that expands the hotel’s potential uses, bringing together hospitality, gastronomy and events within versatile environments designed to welcome both hotel guests and external visitors.
