Casa Matilda is the point of arrival of a journey across the Italian cooking tradition. It is an itinerary that crosses all our regions, that produce unique ingredients for authenticity and simplicity. Casa Matilda selects the best artisanal ingredients and offers a cuisine that enhances the taste for good food. The project by Architect Rotella was conceived like a sequence of photograph frames that define various architectural styles, like in overlapping memories: colors, wallpapers, furniture and furnishings characterize its bold identity. As it happens in a real house, the project will never come to an end in that furniture and furnishings will be replaced or new ones will be added over time.
